Recognizing Problem Areas in the Home.

Here is an example of a leaking roof which has allowed water to seep through the ceiling of the room below. Also notice the damage on the support beams.
Here is the ceiling below the area of the picture taken above. Note the brown water mark prominently visible.
The concrete blocks on this wall have cracked and allowed water to seep into the basement through the gaps.
This retaining wall has sustained damage and will need to be straightened and the broken timbers replaced.
This is insect damage discovered behind a cement veneer
This wiring for lighting is a fire hazard in a crawl space.
This is a great example of substandard materials used in a newly constructed building.
Here is flammable materials stored next to a gas water heater.
